At USA Handmade, we take pride in the quality of our artisanal goods and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. We want you to be completely satisfied with your unique purchase, so we make our reclamation process as straightforward as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the handmade items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, and include your order slip inside.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
